and the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) and others, to conduct a research inquiry, supporting the development of technical guidance for the draft London Plan policy SI7, ‘Reducing waste and supporting the circular economy’. The Primer is a summary of the direction the technical guidance will take.
